Crazy Week In Rugby

The season is wrapped up and there are heaps of revelations to write about.

The All Blacks have achieved another Grand Slam, the first since 2005.

The Northern Hemisphere are mud. Wales are the best of a bad bunch, while the Poms are poor.

Former France forward Marc Cecillon is in jail for 14 years after killing his wife! He was a robust forward in the Jonah Lomu rugby game.

Andrew Hore was the best player this year in New Zealand rugby. He had a blinder and deserved this title. I couldn't believe that Mealamu was nominated after his poor season was only made better by the last few tests in the Northern Hemisphere.

Jamie MacKintosh was Air NZ Cup MVP. Great work Whopper!

We aren't invincible in Sevens, but will still do well.

Test caps are being awarded retrospectively after 60 years were missed out from the 1940s to 1990s.

The World Cup draw for 2011 was done and we finally have a hard pool. This is a good thing, as France always improve for World Cups.

Tokyo will host a Bledisloe Cup test.

Australia beat the Barbarians but lost the war as they lost big boys Dunning and Kepu with long term injuries.

Finally which win was the most satisfying on the end of year tour.

Bledisloe in Hong Kong

Munster was closest, but Bledisloe was my pick.

The Grand Slam without mid week games is easy. Bring back the tours!
